The bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet.The kitchen is fully equipped, including a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. Parking is provided in an open parking bay behind the secure gate. There is communal laundry facilities on the ground floor, as well as a braai area on the complex site.
